Event management can work like many other types of companies, where you need an overall vision and direction. Goal setting and organization are critical for an event to get off the ground, which is why we have Ramatoulie Sallah-Muhammed, the Event Organizer and director for the Namibia Arts Fair.

Ramatoulie Sallah-Muhammed aka Rahma the Bass is a
multi-disciplinary artist, who performs as Rahma the Bass. She has organized
many Namibian events, and has worked in festivals, events and conventions in
both the U.S. and Namibia as a vendor, workshop presenter and organizer. She is a vocalist, song-writer and her instrument of choice is either the double bass or the bass guitar (hence the name).
She
was born in the United States and has been working in Namibia since 2014. She
has a passion for music and art, and has played a musical instrument since the
age of 5. She has performed at the Warehouse Theatre, the Kalahari
International Festival of the Arts, and the FNCC.
