The Namibia Arts Fair will be hosting a lyrical panel discussion called the Art of RAW: Rap, Art and Word Weaving . The discussion will feature 4 Namibian Hiphop artists, speaking on word-weaving and the art of rap. One of our featured hip-hop artists is Namibian MC, TenderHeart. Namibian Film & Video Theatre at the Namibia Arts Fair!

We will be hosting a multi-media booth and film theatre during the Namibia Arts Fair, and have received multiple submissions from local musicians and filmmakers to showcase their feature films, short films and music videos. Catch them in the Indoor Gallery at the Goethe-Institut on Saturday, the 28th of July 2018. Movies will be screening from 10am until 6pm so don't miss out. We'll be featuring videos from Matheus Mbundu, Karl Ehlers aka LOFT, LILA, Reggie Films and many more! Watch the video below for a sneak peak at the great films we have in store! We need volunteers for exciting front-of-house and behind-the-scenes roles throughout the duration of the show. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people and gain experience working within a creative, collaborative environment. Responsibilities include: Ensure that all visitors and artists have a positive experience at the show. Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Deal with any queries or questions about the Namibia Arts Fair. Help visitors navigate the Art Fair and direct them to the artist they are looking for. Work behind the bar when necessary, selling drinks and preparing orders. Provide information about the Namibia Arts Fair and the artists taking part in the show. Namibia Arts Fair - Saturday July 28th: 10am - 6pm Arts Fair Battle Royale -  Saturday July 28th: 6:30pm - 8pm Charity Art Auction -  Saturday July 28th: 6:30pm - 8pm Do I need a ticket? No event is complete without the event coordinator and the Arts Fair is no exception. Samuel Matengu, artist name SkySam is a crucial part of our team, and we would not be able to acheive what we do without him.
